  1. This cartoon is about how the news can get carried away with the easiest things. The cartoonist is refering to the general news and how the news crews tend to get carried away with a lot of their stories. The cartoonist is implying that the news channels are intrested in simplier things. He is trying to say that the news can get more carried away on smaller news. I agree with him because today a lot of the news is on smaller less important topics.

  2. The cartoonist is talking about how a small thing can be completely blown out of porprotion when in the hands of the media. The event the cartoon is talking about is the balloon boy story. A boy went missing and people thought that he was in a balloon floating around over head. When the balloon landing the boy was not inside the balloon and was later found hiding in the attic. I think the cartoonist was showing how the media just blows things up. I agree. Its happened before and it will happen again.

  3. The Cartoon is about the balloon boy scandal, and how everything can get completely twisted out of proportion and how crazy people can be, just to get attention from the media. I believe the message in this story to be true, because the media always seems to blow things completely out of proportion
