    The settlement is worth 657.5Million dollars! They are suing because when they are done giving help to repair the settlement and they end up coming out with asthma, and many other breathing infections. The most common illness was asthma, althought many other resperitory illnesses

    These workers are suing the city because of damages to their health after 9/11. They believe that many of their arising health problems were caused by the aftermath of 9/11. Their basis for this is that they believe that the city did not do their part to protect the workers. The settlement for this is worth up to $657.5 million. The workers are complaining of health issues like asthma and cancer. They have been saying that since the incident the problems have been getting worse and worse.

    The reason they sued new york is because working at the ground zero site gave them respitory problems. 657.5 million dollars is how much the settlement is worth.the most common diseases were athsma.

    The workers are suing New York because they are worried about their health and that they could get seriously injured and they could end up getting killed from all of the equipment that is around them. Also how much they are getting paid. The settlement is worth 657.5 million dollars. The illness that occured was asthma.
